Dixon Fleming is a co-founder of Core Point Partners, LLC, a private investment and advisory firm that specializes in distressed and turnaround opportunities. He is an investor in numerous companies where he serves as a principal, advisor or board member. He is the former Chairman of Carolina Pottery, a concept he co-founded in 1983, later sold, and in 2001 re-purchased through the US Bankruptcy Court at a Section 363 auction sale.

Dixon is currently a partner with Casto in several real estate projects in the Carolinas. Casto is a $2B private real estate firm headquartered in Columbus, OH. Dixon founded Factory Stores of America, a NYSE traded REIT, and served as its CEO until 1997. Dixon was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and Inc. Magazine in 1995. He received his BS in Business Administration from University of North Carolina -- Chapel Hill in 1976 where he has subsequently served in various board capacities through the years. Dixon was recently appointed to the North Carolina Boxing Authority by Governor Pat McCrory. He is married and has 3 adult children and one grandchild. Prior to co-founding Core Point Capital, LP, Rocky Butler served as the Managing Director of ING Barings' Turnaround Advisory Group which provided advisory services and investments to distressed companies. Rocky is the CEO of the Alliance Precision Plastics Corporation. Rocky's experience includes restructuring numerous companies, primarily manufacturing and processing concerns, as well as a foreign brokerage and banking group. He has extensive experience in plastic injection molding and specialty chemical processing industries, among others. Rocky earned his BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University and his MBA from the University of Southern California. Deby Glidden has been doing Merger & Acquisition transactions for more than 30 years, approximately half of that working with Core Point Partners and Core Point Capital, and half of that as a commercial lender. Deby is currently Managing Partner with Core Point Partners, a turnaround consulting firm, and she was a Limited Partner and on the Advisory Board with Core Point Capital, a distressed equity fund founded by Rocky Butler and Dixon Fleming. She was the founder of Cumberland Capital Co., a turnaround consulting firm, working on many Core Point investments. She is a former Vice President of Heller Financial, Security Pacific Business Credit and First National Bank of Chicago, doing cash flow, asset based and unsecured financings At Wheaton College, Norton, MA, Deby has been Vice Chair for seven years and on the Board for fourteen years, where she earned a BA, prior to obtaining a MBA cum laude from Boston University. Deby has also been in leadership roles for numerous charities and is currently working to save a lighthouse on the Georgia coast. Russ Kersh has over twenty-five years of successful experience in all areas of corporate operations, including accounting/finance, marketing, manufacturing, planning and merger and acquisitions for companies both domestically and abroad. He has served as CFO or COO of such companies as Sir James Goldsmith Companies, Adidas North America, Scott Paper Company and Sunbeam Corporation. Chris Kupec has been advising his law clients on middle market lending transactions for more than twenty-five years. His client list includes asset-based lenders, hedge funds, mezzanine and other lending institutions. Chris has been recognized in "The Best Lawyers in America." He graduated from University of North Carolina, Phi Beta Kappa and received a J.D. from University of North Carolina with high honors. Chris lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. David Beach was born in Richmond, VA but relocated to NC in the late 1960s. He graduated from University of North Carolina -- Chapel Hill in 1976 with a BSBA. He worked in the textiles industry for a number of years with several Fortune 500 companies including Blue Bell (Director of Corporate Planning), Russell Athletic (Project Manager) and Stone Manufacturing (General Manager of the Athletic Division). He then went to work as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Artex Division of Jostens, Inc. in Kansas City. He founded his own business, Atlantic Exhibits, in the Washington, DC area in 1988. He has since expanded it into Philadelphia, Baltimore, Richmond, Las Vegas and Orlando. He lives in the Washington DC area and is married with one child.

Bill Beddingfield is a Managing Director and currently manages Asset Based Lending for ING Capital LLC. He has over 40 years of Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Lending experience. He has also managed a couple of small equity funds, subordinated debt lending and capital markets at various institutions. He was a founder and CFO of a $250MM plastic packaging firm and a partner in a turnaround management company. Bill started his career at GE Capital, President of Capital Markets at Heller Financial, Executive Vice President of Transamerica Business Credit, Sr. Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Pricewaterhouse before his current employment at ING. He is a graduate of University of West Georgia, has been married for 36 years and has one son who is a teacher in the Atlanta area.

An Atlanta native, Bryan Benton has called North Carolina home for 45 plus years. He maintained an independent contractor status as he earned his BA in Business Management at North Carolina State University (NCSU) in 1977. Post NCSU, with a real estate license, mortgage lending experience, appraisal experience, and a contractor's license he owned and operated a leasing, construction, and development business thru the late 1990's. During early 2000 through 2008, he earned his CCIM designation and attempted to answer the demand for entitled property in the Wake County area working with planners, engineers, and investors.

Post 2008, during the Affordable Care Act initiative, he invested in a privately held science and technology firm specializing in risk assessment solutions to the life and health insurance industries. Recently he has become active in Independent Senior Housing and is pursuing opportunities with seasoned partners.

John Daw is a consulting executive in the hospitality industry with over thirty-five years of experience. He began his career at Marriott International serving in roles ranging from General Manager of 5 Marriott hotels to Vice President of Sales for Marriott Hotels. John spent 3 years as Regional Vice President of Operations for Pyramid Hotel Group overseeing their properties from the Carolinas thru Florida. Most recently John spent 3 years as the GM of the Renaissance hotel in Palm Springs. After retiring John has been a consultant specializing in hotels that are in transition or acquisition. John holds a BS in Business Administration from University of North Carolina -- Chapel Hill.

Steve Taeyaerts is an Information Technology consulting executive with over twenty-six years of experience serving Fortune 1000 clients across several industries. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then spent several years growing Headstrong Consulting's business in the Midwest. Steve then co-founded and later sold Nexus Consulting Group, an IT consulting firm specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. When Project Leadership Associates acquired Nexus, Steve assumed the role of Executive Vice President and also joined the board of directors. Steve is currently Director of Solution Delivery at Forsythe Technology, a diversified $1.1 billion IT firm. Steve holds a BA in Economics and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame as well as an MBA from DePaul University.

Jay Troger is currently CEO of Nextronex, Inc., which manufactures utility-scale solar inverter systems. He has managed several companies over the past two decades, primarily on behalf of private equity sponsors. As President and CEO of Hackney & Sons, Inc., he quadrupled revenues and built it into a diversified specialty vehicle manufacturer. Mr. Troger has participated in various aspects of the commercial and industrial plumbing industry and industrial distribution, as President of USFlow Corporation and Falcon Waterfree Technologies. Over the past several years, he has focused on the renewable energy industry, leading Greenwood Energy and EnerTech Environmental, Inc., which produce renewable fuels from non-recyclable industrial waste and from biosolids. Mr. Troger is a former Partner of the strategic consulting firm, Bain & Company in Boston, and currently serves as Director of Grow-Well Brands. He received his B.A., Cum Laude from Harvard University and his J.D., Magna Cum Laude from Boston University School of Law.
